RETURN OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you may return any product ordered on our website within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the order, by you or by a third party that you have designated, the date on the carrier's receipt being the proof.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us the completed withdrawal form in your package, which can be downloaded below.

Any return without this form of retraction will not be treated.

All returned products will be subject to inspection:

- Only the new product(s) and in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use, documentation or labels, no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of sending its letter or email of withdrawal. If necessary, we recommend you to ask for a proof of sending.

- Only the product returned complete, in its original packaging, undamaged and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, washed, worn or whose packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

- Regarding the return of shoes, they must be returned in their box and must be intact as well as the box.

We draw your attention to the fact that, will not be taken back by HelloMoon, the products made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized nor the products which were unsealed after the delivery and which cannot be sent back for reasons of hygiene or health protection, such as for example underwear, socks, earrings, bathing suits, accessories for hair and caps. Dried flowers cannot be returned for transport reasons.

If your withdrawal meets these conditions, we will refund the price of the products excluding shipping costs. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of your order.

If you want to obtain another size/color, we invite you to retract your order and place a new order.
